Mariami Tsotsolashvili is a Senior Software Engineer and Squad Tech Lead at TBC Bank, with a passion for creating inclusive, scalable, and human-centered web applications. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies from BTU University in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Mariami began her career in frontend development in 2019 at TBC Bank, contributing to multiple large-scale projects before joining the global tech company EPAM Systems, where she grew into the role of Senior Software Engineer, Resource Manager, Technical Interviewer, and Mentor. During her time there, she authored a TypeScript coursebook for internal training programs and led technical education initiatives.
Beyond her professional work, Mariami has taught HTML, CSS, and JavaScript at GeoLab and continues to share knowledge through talks and workshops at TBC. She is also a two-time grantee of the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit (Warsaw, 2022 & 2023), recognized for her active role in empowering women in technology.
With a strong belief that accessibility and empathy are as important as code quality, Mariami advocates for building a culture where developers lead with inclusion, curiosity, and collaboration.
