Abstract

After 20 years working as a developer, team leader, manager, and devrel, I decided to leave the tech industry. Looking back, it was the best decision I ever made in my career. You might want to consider doing the same, or at the very least, reframing your perspective on tech, roles, and company dynamics to avoid reaching a point of no return.
