For those who participate in person

  • To organize your travels, consider that we open check-in at 9.00 and conclude the conference by 18:30
  • We serve coffee breaks and lunch inside the hotel.
  • There is a bar inside the hotel, however we suggest you bring a water bottle with you.

For those who participate remotely

  • You will receive the link to participate live at the address with which you registered.
  • You can interact with those who participate remotely in the dedicated chat.
  • You can ask questions and vote on the talks through the dedicated app.

How to Get There

By Plane

Bologna Airport “G. Marconi” (BLQ) is about 30 minutes away by taxi from Hotel Savoia Regency.

By Train

From Bologna train station, we recommend taking a taxi (around 20 minutes) or the bus (around 30 minutes).

If you choose the bus, take line 35 from Piazzale Medaglie d’Oro.
Get off after 8 stops at Bivio Pilastro, then walk for about 5 minutes.

By Car

If you’re arriving from Milan or Rimini, take the A14 motorway.
Recommended exits: Arcoveggio or Bologna San Lazzaro.

The hotel offers a large free parking area.
